Quiet place, I truly enjoyed efficient personnel.

The breakfast was astonishing, had a wide range of options. The room was airy and reasonably large with an extremely comfy bed and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was perfect and comfortable, in the outskirts of Madrid, it's a plus...

We had a wonderful time exploring the Ciudad de la Imagen, a vibrant shopping mall with a wide range of dining options and entertainment. The highlight for our family was definitely the Kinepolis cinema complex. With over 30 cinema rooms, there was always a great selection of movies for both kids and adults. It was the perfect place to spend quality time together as a family, enjoying a good film and some delicious snacks.

For dads, it would be great if there was a dedicated play area for kids within the Ciudad de la Imagen.

Very nice staff, good service. Rich breakfast and easy access to public transport.

The staff is very friendly. The bed and toiletries. We could have delayed an hour at check out.

The walls are too thin. We were up all night listening to the room next door. I booked a room with a double bed and when I arrived they told me there was not one, that it had to be the separate beds. They offered me no other solution than that. I was the one who asked if there was another type of room that had a double bed, and then they offered me the possibility of staying in a superior room that had a double bed, but paying the difference. The person who answered the question was very kind and managed to reduce the difference a little, but I think the hotel should have offered us this option directly and for free, since it was 12 pm (how strange it is that someone is going to book you at that time), a mistake of the hotel for not advising before even, and they had empty double bed rooms.

i loved how the hotel looked, quiet and great place. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the room was airy and large with an extra bed and the staff was efficient. extras like a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe where appreciated. the property's location was ideal, to attend a conference in the neighbourhood. a few times i ate at papizza, located relatively near the venue. i came here for 2 nights and had a real good stay.

Nice hotel in a perfect position close to downtown. Amazingly comfortable and airy room with a view of the garden. - Exceptionally comfortable beds and a large bathroom. - Location is very convenient, near metro stations and a cinema. - Plenty of food options nearby.

It was in an ideal location with pretty friendly staff. There was a great restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel.

Amazing staff, especially front desk. Convenient location near tram and Metro. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options. Huge Carrefour nearby for shopping. Quiet area with a small mall nearby.

The hotel is in a perfect and great position, right next to both tram and metro stations, downtown, and the center of town. It's at a medium distance from La Mafia, where I ate once or twice.

The standard room with an extra bed was very impressive and the location near the cinema was unbeatable and comfortable.

I always stay at this hotel because it has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi and parking. The staff is helpful, they even suggested a great place to order delicious food. I'm excited to come back for New Year!
